Life Coaching

Life Coaching is offered to clients for a six week course in which they have their own one to one coaching sessions. 

They are designed to support the clients reflect on themselves and work towards their life goals.  They look at developing the health, happiness and well-being.  They learn how to develop relationships and how to engage with the challenges and opportunities of their life stage.  Participants learn how to develop their self-help skills and use them effectively.
